Essential Educational Qualifications

Selection Process and Salary
The selection procedure is a two-stage process. First, candidates will be shortlisted based on their valid GATE scores. ISRO will then call the shortlisted individuals for a personal interview. The final selection will be based on performance in this interview. Selected candidates will be appointed as Scientist/Engineer 'SC' in Level 10 of the pay matrix, with a basic pay of Rs. 56,100 per month, in addition to other allowances like Dearness Allowance and House Rent Allowance as per government rules.
