You can calculate your approximate Zone 2 heart rate by subtracting your age from 220, then taking 60-70% of that number. However, the simplest method is the talk test. Activities like brisk walking (perhaps on an incline), light cycling, swimming, or rowing are perfect. For those new to exercise, this might even involve run-walk intervals. The key is to find a rhythm that feels light and sustainable. You should finish the workout feeling good, not completely drained, which makes it easier to stick with the routine long-term.
