New Timings: A Ten-Minute Shift
The adjustment is straightforward but critical: both trains will now depart 10 minutes earlier than their previous schedules. The Varanasi-Ranchi Vande Bharat (20888), which used to depart at 4:05 PM, will now leave Varanasi at 3:55 PM. Similarly, the Varanasi-Deoghar Vande Bharat (22500), with a previous departure time of 6:20 AM, will now depart at 6:10 AM. This 10-minute advancement is effective from September 2, 2026. While it may seem like a minor change, arriving based on the old timetable could result in missing the train entirely.
