The total cost for these prime properties amounts to a substantial ₹38.21 crore. This substantial transaction was officially recorded on February 15, 2024. The apartments are located within the prestigious '34th Avenue' building, a high-end residential development crafted by the K Raheja Corp group. These residences span across the 26th and 27th floors of the building, offering elevated living with impressive views. Collectively, the three apartments encompass a generous area of 6,176 square feet. As part of this significant purchase, the family also secured ten dedicated car parking spaces, adding to the convenience and exclusivity of the deal.
