Gauri Spratt is a Bengaluru-based professional in the beauty and wellness sector who came into public attention after her relationship with actor Aamir Khan became public in 2025. According to PTI, she has a son from a previous marriage. She married Khan in an intimate ceremony at his Mumbai residence on July 5, attended by close family members and friends from the film industry.
Khan introduced Spratt to the media in March 2025 on the eve of his 60th birthday, stating that they had been in a relationship for over a year at that time.
He has said the two first met nearly 25 years earlier before reconnecting through his cousin, Nuzhat Khan, after a long gap. The relationship later developed after they reconnected.
According to a report by News18 Hindi, Spratt’s mother is Tamilian and her father is Irish. She studied fashion, styling and photography at the University of Arts London and is a professional hairdresser. It adds that she worked with a Bengaluru-based salon chain and is currently associated with Aamir Khan’s production house.
In her first media interaction in March 2025, Spratt said she was looking for someone who was “kind, a gentleman, and just caring.” Khan responded by joking, “After all that, you found me?”
Khan also said Spratt had watched only Lagaan and Dil Chahta Hai, explaining that she grew up in Bengaluru and had limited exposure to Hindi cinema. He added that she sees him more as a partner than a superstar.
The July 5 ceremony marks Khan’s third marriage. He was previously married to Reena Dutta (1986–2002), with whom he has two children, Junaid and Ira Khan. In 2005, he married filmmaker Kiran Rao. The couple separated in 2021 and continue to co-parent their son, Azad.
