apartment complex. Situated in the prime locale of Sector 129, this ambitious project will see 74 exceptionally luxurious residences constructed directly atop a Taj Hotel. The development is slated to house what is anticipated to be the tallest Taj Hotel in the region, with the serviced apartments above set to become some of the most imposing residential structures within the Delhi-NCR area. This pioneering project is the result of a collaborative effort between the Gulshan Group and Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL). Gulshan Nagpal, Chairman of the Gulshan Group, highlighted the development as a distinctive benchmark in contemporary urban dwelling, emphasizing its unique combination of strong legacies in both real estate and hospitality to redefine the premium housing sector in Noida. He further elaborated that an investment of approximately Rs 1,000 crore is being made to ensure this project becomes one of India's most exclusive branded serviced apartment offerings, with expectations that it will rank among the most costly residential properties in North India upon its completion. Yukti Nagpal, Director at Gulshan Group, underscored the project's alignment with the group's forward-thinking strategy, aiming to elevate luxury living through the integration of hospitality and real estate.
Architectural Grandeur and Investment
The vision for this development includes constructing what could potentially be India's tallest Taj Hotel, a structure expected to become a prominent landmark. The initial financial outlay for this grand undertaking is approximately Rs 1,000 crore, with provisions for further enhancements as additional global features are integrated into both the hotel and residential components. While specific pricing details are yet to be released, projections suggest that each serviced apartment could command a valuation exceeding Rs 100 crore, firmly positioning this development among the most premium residential opportunities in North India. This project marks a significant milestone as the first in North India to house a Taj Hotel and its associated branded serviced apartments within a single, integrated structure.
Exclusive Residence Features
The architectural design thoughtfully separates the hotel and residential spaces, with the lower 17 floors dedicated to the Taj Hotel. Above these floors, 74 opulent serviced apartments will be distributed across an additional 34 floors. The core appeal lies in the serviced apartment model, where residents will benefit from round-the-clock hospitality services directly provided by the Taj Hotel. This means homeowners will experience the same high standards of service and access to amenities as hotel guests, all while enjoying their private residences. The development boasts an extensive array of high-end facilities, including multiple levels of basement and multi-level car parking, swimming pools (including an infinity pool), a terrace garden, four-bedroom luxury residences, dedicated office spaces, a health club and gym, a J Wellness Circle, a private residents' lounge and club, and a children's play area with sports facilities. Each of these expansive serviced apartments is expected to cover around 7,500 square feet.

Complementing the residential offerings, the integrated 150-room luxury Taj Hotel will feature a comprehensive selection of dining and leisure facilities. Guests and residents will have access to an all-day dining restaurant, a sophisticated bar, and two distinct specialty restaurants. For events and gatherings, the hotel will provide a grand ballroom spanning 8,000 square feet, complete with pre-function areas and state-of-the-art meeting rooms.
