hubs, including the picturesque Pahalgam valley. This significant security enhancement is designed to authenticate individuals operating within the region's tourism sector. The initiative directly addresses the need for greater trust and safety following a devastating terror attack on April 22, 2025, which resulted in the loss of 25 tourist lives and one local worker. The system meticulously vets and digitally verifies approximately 25,000 individuals involved in providing services to visitors. Following this, they undergo an Aadhaar-linked registration. Upon successful completion of these checks, they are issued a unique QR code. The scan then instantly reveals crucial information, such as the service provider's complete name, contact number, residential address, and confirmation of their registration and police verification status.
