This launch signifies Honda's commitment to providing dynamic options within the competitive 125 cc segment, catering to riders who appreciate both performance and distinctive visual flair in their daily commute.
Dio 125 X Edition Flair
The Honda Dio 125 X Edition distinguishes itself with a sophisticated dual-tone paint scheme, artfully combining grey and dark blue across its body panels. To further elevate its visual identity, this special edition features newly designed graphics and exclusive 'X Edition' decals, setting it apart from its standard counterparts. A striking visual element that catches the eye is the set of bright orange alloy wheels, which provide a vibrant contrast and enhance the scooter's overall sporty aesthetic. Beyond these cosmetic enhancements, the Dio 125 X Edition maintains all the functional specifications, features, and powertrain components found in the H-Smart variant. Its physical dimensions are substantial, measuring 1,830 mm in length, 707 mm in width, and 1,172 mm in height, supported by a wheelbase of 1,260 mm. It offers a practical ground clearance of 171 mm and a seat length of 708 mm. Weighing in at 105 kg (kerb weight), it houses a 5.3-litre fuel tank. Powering this edition is a robust 123.92 cc, single-cylinder, four-stroke engine, delivering 8.1 hp at 6,500 rpm and a peak torque of 10.5 Nm at 5,000 rpm, with no modifications to its engine tuning, transmission, or declared fuel efficiency.
Shine 125 Elegance
The Honda Shine 125 Limited Edition makes a notable statement through its refined styling updates. It arrives in a sophisticated new 'Pearl Siren Blue' colour, beautifully complemented by dark blue body panels and distinctive Shine graphics adorning the fuel tank. The redesigned aesthetic extends to key components like the front visor, side panel, and rear cowl, contributing to a more cohesive and premium look. Adding to its refined appeal are the brown-finished alloy wheels, which offer a unique touch and clearly differentiate this limited edition from the standard Shine 125 Disc variant it is derived from. Mechanically, this limited edition remains true to the Shine 125 Disc, featuring the same dependable setup. It is propelled by a 123.94 cc, BS6-compliant, air-cooled single-cylinder engine. This powerplant is engineered to produce 10.6 hp at 7,500 rpm and generate a maximum torque of 11 Nm at 6,000 rpm. This engine is paired with a smooth-shifting five-speed gearbox, ensuring a pleasant riding experience coupled with efficient fuel consumption.
