Digital Dashboard Dominance
The forthcoming C-Class EV adopts a dashboard design virtually identical to its SUV sibling, the GLC EV, recently showcased at the 2025 Munich Motor Show.
The undisputed centerpiece is the expansive 39.1-inch Hyperscreen, a single digital panel that spans nearly the entire width of the dashboard, offering an immersive visual experience. For those seeking an alternative, a triple-display Superscreen configuration, reminiscent of the updated 2026 S-Class, will also be available, providing passengers with a multi-faceted digital interface. Reflecting the trend in modern automotive interiors, physical buttons have been significantly minimized, with most functions now integrated into the touch interfaces and the flat-bottomed, three-spoke steering wheel. This minimalist approach extends to the optional ambient lighting, which not only illuminates the dashboard in a spectrum of colors but also flows seamlessly into the door panels, enveloping the entire cabin in a personalized glow. The overall effect is one of sophisticated integration, where technology and design coalesce to create a futuristic and driver-centric environment.
Celestial Roof and Serene Comfort
Enhancing the cabin's ambiance, an optional fixed panoramic glass roof is available, featuring an awe-inspiring array of 162 illuminated stars. These celestial points of light are dynamically synchronized with the vehicle's ambient lighting system, creating a captivating night-sky effect inside the car. Beyond visual splendor, comfort takes center stage with a premium Burmester 3D surround sound system delivering an unparalleled audio experience. The front occupants are treated to powered sports seats equipped with massage, cooling, and memory functions, ensuring optimal comfort on any journey. The interior's tactile and visual appeal is further elevated by a variety of upholstery choices, including premium vegan leather, offered in sophisticated color palettes such as black, brown, and beige. Metallic finishes dominate much of the interior trim, though options for wood and carbon fiber are also provided, allowing for further personalization. The sports seats can be further enhanced with Nappa leather, featuring an exclusive 'Twisted Diamond' pattern, adding a touch of bespoke luxury.
Advanced Climate and Quietude
The C-Class EV boasts a newly developed HVAC system engineered for superior effectiveness and efficiency. This advanced climate control contributes significantly to the cabin's remarkably tranquil atmosphere. This serene environment is further bolstered by a suite of acoustic and structural enhancements. The vehicle features a highly rigid bodyshell, complemented by an aerodynamically optimized design, to minimize external noise intrusion. Extensive sound insulation has been applied throughout the car, and decoupling elastomer mounts are utilized to isolate the suspension from the body, reducing road vibrations. Refinements to the electric motors ensure smoother, quieter operation, and laminated safety glass in the front side windows acts as an additional barrier against noise, collectively contributing to an exceptionally quiet and refined driving experience for all occupants.
