New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research University Grants Commission National Eligibility
Test (CSIR UGC NET) December 2025 final answer key for 2.1 lakh candidates. A total of 3 questions have been dropped as per the CSIR UGC NET December 2025 final answer key. Candidates can check and download the UGC NET final answer key through the official website, csir.nta.ac.in.
After evaluating the challenges made by the candidates against the provisional answer key, the final answer key has been prepared and released.
Steps to check CSIR NET 2025 answer key
The CSIR UGC NET answer key is available on the official website and candidates can follow these steps to download it-
- Go to the official website, csirnet.nta.nic.in.
- Click on the CSIR UGC NET answer key link on the homepage.
- A login window appears where candidates need to enter their details and submit.
- After submitting the details, the CSIR NET 2025 answer key will be displayed on the screen.
- Check and download the answer key page.
CSIR UGC NET December 2025 result
The exam conducting authority will declare the CSIR UGC NET December 2025 result shortly on its official portal. Candidates can check and download the UGC NET result scorecard using the necessary login credentials which include the application number and date of birth. The CSIR UGC NET December 2025 cut-off marks for each subject will also made available by the NTA.
The computer-based exam was conducted on December 18 in dual shifts. NTA holds the exam to shortlist candidates for the post of assistant professor, Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) admissions in the science subjects. The questions in the test are from the chemical sciences, earth sciences, life sciences, mathematical sciences and physical sciences sections.
The CSIR NET provisional answer key was released on December 30, 2025. The answer key objection facility was open till January 1, 2026.
