Start with the right storage containers
One of the simplest yet most effective ways to protect groceries is by transferring them from plastic packets into airtight containers immediately after purchase.
Glass jars and food-grade stainless steel containers are considered excellent choices because they prevent moisture and insects from entering. Good-quality BPA-free food-grade plastic containers with airtight seals are also suitable for everyday storage.
1. Add dried neem leaves to rice and wheat
