Kolkata: The long-awaited Tata Capital IPO dates are finally out. What will be presumably the biggest IPO of this year will open its bidding window of Monday
October 6 at 10:30 am. The application window will be open till October 8, 2025. The IPO will consist of both fresh shares and an offer for sale — fresh issue of 21 crore shares and OFS of 26,58,24,280 (26.58 crore) shares.
Tata Capital is a diversified financial services company and the flagship financial services firm of the Tata group. It is an NBFC (non-banking financial company) and offers a wide range of services for retail, corporate and institutional customers. The company has a pan-India footprint with 1,516 branches in 1,109 addresses in 27 states and UTs (as on June 30, 2025). It is supposed to be the third largest diversified NBFC in India.

The total revenue of Tata Capital in Q1FY26, FY25, FY24 and FY23 are Rs 7,691.65 crore, Rs 28,369.87 crore, Rs 18,198.38 and Rs 13,637.49 crore respectively.
