Mumbai: Salman Khan is set to put several Bigg Boss 20 contestants in the spotlight during the upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar, following a turbulent week inside
the house that saw heated exchanges, rule-related disputes and accusations against the show.
The episode will feature the ‘Sach Ki Topi’ task, with Mahhi Vij among the contestants facing questions. Salman will raise the issue of abusive language used during arguments and question her over what transpired inside the house.
Gaming personality Scout, aka Tanmay Singh, will also find himself under scrutiny. Salman will bring up Scout’s sizeable online support and question whether he believes his followers should defend his actions on the show even when they may disagree with his conduct.
The host will also take up a complaint repeatedly voiced by contestants — that Bigg Boss is “biased.” The issue has gained attention after Aasif Khan criticised the show’s format and team in the aftermath of recent nominations. Salman is expected to question the practice of blaming the show when contestants are confronted over rule violations.
The developments come at a time when nominations have already heightened tensions among the housemates.
