New Delhi: After Ranveer Singh sent a legal notice to the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE), the film workers’ body revoked the non-cooperation
directive against the Dhurandhar actor. In the press conference held in Mumbai on Wednesday (June 3), the President of FWICE confirmed that the directive has been lifted.
Two weeks back, FWICE held a press conference where they announced non-cooperation directive against the actor after he walked out of Don 3 and Farhan Akhtar’s production house, Excel Entertainment, incurred a loss of Rs 45 crore.
Non-cooperation directive lifted
The revocation of their earlier order has been done in consultation with senior members of the film industry. Now, the crew members can work with Ranveer Singh, without facing any consequences from any film body or film associations.

The development comes hours after Ranveer Singh sent a legal notice to the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) against its non-cooperation directive. However, what demands have been made in the legal notice has not been unveiled.
What’s the Don 3 controversy
The fallout between Ranveer Singh and Farhan Akhtar began due to creative differences between the two. While some reports also stated that the delay in production, blocked dates, and absence of the final script led to Ranveer’s exit from the project.
