The pictures quickly captured attention across social media. In one image, baby Jude appears wrapped in a soft white blanket and dressed in a blue-and-white striped onesie. Another photo shows Puth cradling his newborn son, while close-up shots highlight the baby’s tiny hand and nose.
Some of the images also included handwritten notes documenting the couple’s early moments with their child. One note read, “Playing Jude In My Life by The Beatles.” Another shared a proud parenting milestone: “He drank over 30ml of formula! A new record.” Both notes were dated March 14, giving fans a candid peek into the first days after Jude’s birth.
A particularly touching detail appeared in a photo showing Sansone wearing a necklace with the letter “J”, a tribute to their son’s name. The couple also posted Polaroid snapshots taken at the hospital, adding a nostalgic feel to the announcement.

The pregnancy news first surfaced in October last year through a subtle reveal in Puth’s music video for Changes. In the video, Sansone appears alongside the singer and gently places her hands on her baby bump, confirming speculation among fans.
Soon after, Puth openly spoke about becoming a father during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. At the time, he told host Jimmy Fallon, “I’m gonna be a dad,” while adding that he had been advised not to reveal the baby’s gender just yet. The musician also shared a humorous but heartfelt wish for his future child, saying, “I hope baby likes music because it’s the only thing I’m good at.”
