Odisha’s ‘Soil to Silicon’ theme will trace the transition from tradition to technology, while West Bengal will recall Bengal’s role in India’s freedom movement.
Defence, governance focus
The ministries and services tableaux will underline national priorities spanning defence preparedness, governance reforms and social resilience. The armed forces will present a veteran tableau and a tri-services display on Operation Sindoor, highlighting jointness and coordinated operations. Other tableaux will focus on disaster resilience through the Bhuj earthquake, the enactment of the three new criminal laws, the National Education Policy 2020, AYUSH systems and urban infrastructure development.
From freedom to future
Additional tableaux will highlight initiatives such as the SVAMITVA scheme for empowering panchayats, power sector reforms under Prakash Ganga, and skill development aimed at building a future-ready workforce. Together, the tableaux are designed to narrate India’s journey from its freedom legacy to a confident, self-reliant and Viksit Bharat on the Republic Day stage.
