Dwichakrikasan: Dwichakrikasan is considered extremely effective for weight loss. Even 5 to 10 minutes of daily practice can help shed excess weight. It reduces belly fat, activates the intestines, and reduces acidity.
How to do it: First, lie flat on the floor with your hands near your hips. Now, lift one leg and rotate it as if riding a bicycle. Do this for 20-25 minutes. Repeat with the other leg. Continue rotating your legs without touching the ground. When tired, practice Shavasana and rest.
Padavrittasana: This asana is also considered beneficial for weight loss. It helps reduce fat around the hips, thighs, and waist, and also flattens the stomach. Doing Padavrittasana daily will give you quick results.
How to do it: Lie down on the floor, lift your right leg, and rotate it clockwise. Rotate your leg 5 to 10 times without touching the floor. Now rotate your leg in the opposite direction. Do the same with the other leg. After resting for a while, rotate both legs together.
Ardha Halasana: According to Ramdev, Ardha Halasana also helps in weight loss. This asana is especially beneficial for fat loss. Doing it for even 5 to 10 minutes a day will help in losing weight very quickly.
How to do it: Lie down on the floor. Place the palms of both hands on the floor. Now slowly raise both legs to 90 degrees. Hold this pose for 10 to 15 seconds.
