New Delhi: Two Americans entrepreneurs married in a lavish multi-day celebrations in India – Jenny Lee, founder and CEO of New York-based startup Hera,
tied the knot with the Indian-origin co-founder of Silna Health, Sagar Jajoo. They are both based in New York City.
Jenny, whose healthcare platform is valued at USD 140 million, married Sagar in a multi-day celebration at ITC Mementos Jaipur, which the couple booked entirely for the wedding festivities.
Who is Jenny Lee?
Jenny Lee is a co-founder and CEO of Hera, a New York based healthcare startup that helps families navigate the complexities of caring for ageing parents. Her company combines care management with the help of technology to help gamilies deal with appointments, insurence, healthcare system and other aspects.
Before launching Hera, she worked as a product manager at Dropbox asnd was a founding product manager at healthcare startup, Headway. She also interned in software engineering at Google.

According to Fortune, she came up with the idea of establishing a company at her grandmother’s memorial service. Back then, her aunt, in her mid-50s, had been handling all of her grandmother’s care. Lee said, “I realised she had silently paid the cost and broken inside as a result of that journey. There was a huge personal sacrifice. It had cost a part of herself.”
She has studied computer science and business administration at the University of California, Berkley and Berkeley Haas.

Who is Sagar Jajoo?
Sagar Jajoo is a technology and healthcare entrepreneur based in New York and is the co-founder and COO of Silna Health, which is a healthcare technology company that help providers manage processes such as prior authorisation, benefit checks and insurance monitoring.
He graduated from UC Berkeley. He previously worked as the first product hire at Truework and as a product manager at Blend.
All about Jenny and Sagar’s wedding
Jenny and Sagar got married in October 2025, but their wedding pictures recently circulated on social media. The wedding celebrations began on October 23 with welcome lunch and a Western wedding ceremony styled as a formal garden party.
The evening was a typical Indian sangeet with dinner and dancing. A video of Jenny performing to ‘Like Jennie’ by K-pop singer Jennie, was shared on Instagram by their wedding planners Palkan Badlani Weddings & Events.
The couple had a Christian wedding and a Hindu traditional wedding. The celebrations concluded with an after-party that concluded during the early hours of October 25.
