- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup chopped onions
- ¼ cup chopped capsicum
- ¼ cup chopped tomatoes (de-seeded)
- A handful of spinach, finely chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp grated cheese
Method
- Whisk eggs with salt, pepper, and vegetables. Add cheese if you like.
- Pour the mixture into silicone muffin cups until ¾ full.
- Place the cups in the air fryer and cook at 160°C for 8–10 minutes.
- Remove when the tops are puffed and lightly golden. Serve warm.

Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- Cheese slices or grated cheese
- Sliced onions & tomatoes

Method
- Layer cheese, tomatoes and onions between the bread slices.

- 4–5 leftover idlis
- 1 tsp oil

Method

- 1 whole wheat tortilla

Method
