New Delhi: Recently, many stocks witnessed ups and downs after Q3 FY26 results were declared and the shares reacted in reverse. In this article we inform
you about the stocks which have the potential to rise and the ones which could see a decline. Ansul Jain, head of research at Lakshmi Shree Investment and Securities Private Limited, gave his point of view on Credit Access Grameen, Shoppers Stop, Tata Chemicals, Persistent Systems, and Kalyan Jewellers.
Credit Access Grameen
Shares of Credit Access Grameen have seen a strong jump. Its shares jumped as much as 7 percent in morning trade on Thursday. In the third quarter, the company’s profit increased by two and a half times to Rs 252 million. Big brokers like HSBC and CLSA upgraded ratings and advised buying. HSBC gave a target of Rs 1630 and CLSA gave a target of Rs 1450. Brokers are positive with the hope of improving asset quality and new announcements. According to Ansul Jain, head of research at Lakshmi Shree Investment and Securities Private Limited, a kicker pattern is created in the chart, which can go from 1650-1700. In the last five years, it has given returns of more than 82 percent.
Vikram Solar share price
The results of Vikram Solar were brilliant, where the profit increased five and a half times to Rs 98 million. Operating profit increased by two and a half times and margin rose 10% to 18.5%. The stock jumped by more than 5 percent at the time of writing this article. However, there has been a decline of 10 percent in a week. The order book has decreased by 4%. After the IPO, the stock has been selling continuously and reached an all-time low. According to Ansul Jain, expect a bounce back from 220-225, but challenges remain in the long run.
Shoppers Stop stock
The results of Shoppers Stop have been weak for the last two-three quarters. Profit fell 69% to Rs 16 crore in the third quarter. Revenue increased by only 2.5%, but operating profit fell 11% and margin fell below 15.5%. There is pressure in consumer facing companies. Seven quarters ago, the buying climax took place at 697, with targets of 396 and 302. The stock traded at Rs 336 after falling 1.5 percent. Jain advised to sell Shoppers Stop shares as there is a possibility of further decline.
Persistent Systems
The results of mid-cap IT company Persistent Systems were mixed. The profit came in at Rs 439 crore, which is lower than the market expectation. Revenue increased by 5.5%, but Abit fell by 7% to 542 crore. The margin fell to 14.4%, while the expectation was 15.5%. Due to the Labour Code, there was an impact of Rs 89 million during the quarter. According to Anshul Jain, if there is a breakout above Rs 6575 rupees, then the target is up to Rs 9000.
Kalyan Jewellers
Kalyan Jewellers has continued to decline since January 7. It fell from Rs 520.75 to Rs 389.10, which is a new 52-week low. More than 25% decline has been recorded in 8 days. Bumper purchases were made at the level of Rs 630. There was consolidation due to the effect of gold prices, but now there will be a breakdown. Other companies in the same sector like Senco and Tejas Networks also witnessed such a decline. It is advisable to be careful with stocks with buying climax.
Tata Chemicals
Tata Chemicals has a declining trend. After breaking the range of Rs 900-973, it reached Rs 700, which was a new 52-week low. It went down from Rs 783 to Rs 700 on Wednesday, which indicates a 10% decline. On Thursday, its stock rose by more than 4 percent, after which the stock price crossed Rs 723. According to Anshul Jain, if it goes above Rs 750, it can go up to Rs 900-975, but it will still have to wait for two weeks. Wait two weeks, because the breakdown is not confirmed. Waiting for a bullish signal, buying is risky now.
