Meta has launched Meta One, a new subscription service across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Meta AI, with India pricing starting at Rs 79 per month.
The company is splitting the service across individual app plans, AI-heavy bundles, and separate tiers for creators and businesses.
Meta says the regular experience across its apps and Meta AI will remain free. The paid plans are aimed at users who want more customisation, higher AI usage and extra tools. More than 50 features are part of the rollout, with support for Edits and AI glasses planned later.
Meta One price in India
The cheapest option is WhatsApp Plus at Rs 79 per month. Instagram Plus and Facebook Plus cost Rs 99 per month each.
Instagram Plus adds custom fonts for DMs and Stories, Story-view notifications for selected people and DM previews.
WhatsApp Plus includes extra themes, icons, special-effect stickers and the option to pin more chats. Meta says it will later test features such as chat backup storage and Focus Schedules.
Facebook Plus includes custom app icons, super reactions and more personalisation options.
Meta One Core and Premium plans
Meta One Core is priced at Rs 549 per month in India. It bundles Instagram Plus, WhatsApp Plus and Facebook Plus features with higher usage limits for AI tools.
That includes more image and video generation through Meta AI, greater access to Instagram Restyle and voice effects.
Premium costs Rs 1,950 per month and gives users higher access to Meta’s AI tools than the Core tier.
Meta said, “Meta AI will still be free for everyday use”, making clear that paid bundles are aimed more at people who use its AI tools heavily.
Creator and business subscriptions get much more expensive
Meta is offering four business and creator plans.
Essential starts at Rs 639 per month and includes an enhanced profile, automated follow invitations, more Meta Business Agent access and verification-related features.
Advanced starts at Rs 2,099 per month and adds Story scheduling, links in organic posts and Reels, exportable analytics and team account access.
Expert starts at Rs 6,399 per month, while Max starts at Rs 20,990 per month. These plans offer higher feature limits and more Meta Business Agent capacity.
Meta is also planning to add Edits Plus, which will bring more cloud storage and access to an upcoming assistant for analysing Instagram insights and generating content ideas.
Meta One is rolling out globally, though pricing, features and availability can differ by account, app and region.
