- 1.5 cups chilled milk

- 2–3 tablespoons sugar or honey
- 6–8 ice cubes
- A pinch of cardamom powder (optional, for aroma)

Method to prepare:
- Peel and chop the mangoes.
- In a blender, add mango, ice cubes, chilled milk and sugar or honey.
