New Delhi: Actors Dhanush and Mammootty will be seen together in the upcoming film, OM: Chapter 1: Udhiram – The Blood Wood. The film is set to release
in theatres on November 20, 2026. The film was earlier scheduled to release on October 16, 2026. However, the makers shifted the release of the film.
Shraddha Agrawal, founder of RTake Studios, is producing the project alongside Dhanush and Azmat Jagmag. The collaboration brings talent together from different film industries, with the makers aiming to deliver a theatrical experience for audiences across India.

Speaking about the project, Shraddha Agrawal said that the collaboration was a significant moment for the studio and its wider vision.

Directed by Rajkumar Periasamy, OM: Chapter 1: Udhiram – The Blood Wood features an ensemble cast that includes Dhanush, Mammootty, Sai Pallavi, Sreeleela, Naseeruddin Shah and Indrans. The film’s music is composed by Sai Abhyankkar.
According to IMDb, the film revolves around an action-heavy narrative set in a forest region. It follows the story of a man who fights to protect woodcutters arrested by the police.
