New Delhi: Tom Holland’s Spider-Man: Brand New Day is generating a huge buzz among movie buffs globally. The advance booking sales of the movie are skyrocketing,
and the film is expected to mint around Rs 50 crore on its opening day in India alone.
Brand New Day has finally released in theatres on Thursday (July 30) and has received rave reviews so far.

According to trade tracker Sacnilk, Marvel’s upcoming movie, Spider-Man: Brand New Day, has registered a massive collection through advance booking sales.
The film has registered ticket bookings worth Rs 85 crore gross for its opening weekend and Rs 45 crore alone for its opening day in India. As per Sacnilk, the Hollywood film is running across 3,662 shows and has collected Rs 6.24 crore, bringing the India gross collections to Rs 7.36 crore and total India net to Rs 6.24 crore on its Day 1.
The film has also crossed the estimated Rs 90 crore opening-weekend booking record set by Avengers: Endgame even before it was released.
Advance bookings have remained strong throughout the week across multiplex chains in major metropolitan cities. The film has recorded an overall occupancy of nearly 39 per cent on its opening day.
The film is also poised to become one of the biggest global openings in cinema history. The film has already collected USD 35 million in China and is expected to earn USD 130 million to USD 150 million by Sunday, surpassing Avatar and Avengers: Endgame.
