Why is Delhi jailed? Rahul Gandhi
“For the last five days, public movement is going on in the national capital. Resistance was there for some time, but now everything is being crystalised. The question is why is Delhi jailed. Why is India’s capital in jail? People are being stopped from reaching Delhi. Trains buses are being stopped. People are being asked to get down. Delhi has been turned into a fortress. Around 20,000-30,000 policemen are on the streets, “Rahul Gandhi said.
He added, “We want 20,000-30,000 policemen on the streets. This government is making a big mistake. We want to show that the government is protecting CEC Gyanesh Kumar. This is because we mill approach the controller as much he is protected. Even policemen are disturbed. The policemen feel that they are being used to beat the youth of this country. They are asking why, on the one hand, we are asked to stop the youth; on the other hand, we are being used to allow free movement of RSS people.”
‘Goons of BJP and RSS beating up people’
“BJP’s goons, RSS goons are beating up people. Cops feel that on one hand they are told to use pellet guns against youth, on the other hand, they are asked to leave RSS supporters and allow them to beat youth. 50 percent of cops who eee youth say they feel that what we are doing is correct,” Rahul Gandhi further said.
