New Delhi: Kia India is strengthening its lineup with the launch of the Syros EV and the flagship Sorento SUV arriving soon. The Korean brand continues
to give appealing offers on select models currently across its portfolio in August. Apart from the EV6 and EV9, the remaining models in Kia’s portfolio get cash discounts, exchange or scrappage offers, and corporate benefits.
The offers may differ depending on cities and are subject to stock availability. It is best to confirm with local dealers to know the exact figures.
Kia Carens Clavis
Kia is offering heavy discounts and benefits of up to Rs 1.2 lakh on the Carens Clavis this month. Customers opting for the MY26 version can get a Rs 10,000 cash discount, a Rs 20,000 loyalty bonus, a corporate benefit of up to Rs 15,000, along with either an exchange or scrappage incentive of up to Rs 30,000. For MY25 models, the benefits are even more attractive in certain areas, with a cash discount of up to Rs 75,000.
These year models also qualify for the same loyalty and exchange/scrappage incentives but do not receive the corporate offer. Further, only the MY25 turbo-petrol trims are bundled with a complimentary warranty. Prices fall between Rs 11.27 lakh and Rs 21.67 lakh, and the Clavis competes with the Maruti XL6.
Kia Carnival
The Carnival has the maximum savings in the brand’s August portfolio with total benefits going up to Rs 1.5 lakh. Buyers going for the MY26 model can choose an exchange or scrappage bonus of up to Rs 1 lakh, along with a corporate benefit of Rs 50,000. The MY25 versions are limited to a Rs 20,000 scrappage incentive. The premium MPV is presently priced at Rs 59.65 lakh (ex-showroom).
Kia Carens Clavis EV
The Carens Clavis EV comes with offers of up to Rs 55,000 this month. MY26 trims have a Rs 20,000 loyalty bonus, a corporate benefit of up to Rs 15,000, and customers have the option to avail either a Rs 20,000 exchange or scrappage incentive. For MY25 models, just the Extended Range (ER) variants are eligible for a Rs 20,000 loyalty benefit and a Rs 20,000 scrappage bonus. Prices fall between Rs 18.04 lakh and Rs 25 lakh, and it is one of the most affordable electric MPVs
Kia Syros
Kia’s compact SUV gets benefits of up to Rs 50,000. Customers of the MY26 model can avail a cash discount of up to Rs 10,000, a corporate benefit of up to Rs 15,000, and either an exchange or scrappage bonus of up to Rs 20,000. MY25 versions, on the other hand, are eligible for an exchange or scrappage benefit of up to Rs 50,000. Kia is also giving a complimentary extended warranty on the Syros. It is priced between Rs 8.42 lakh and Rs 15.82 lakh.
Kia Sonet
Kia’s entry-level Sonet comes with benefits of up to Rs 45,000. The MY26 model has a cash discount of up to Rs 10,000, a corporate offer of up to Rs 15,000, and an exchange or scrappage bonus of up to Rs 20,000. For the MY25 versions, just get a scrappage benefit. The Sonet is priced from Rs 7.41 lakh to Rs 14.37 lakh.
Kia Seltos
The second-generation Kia Seltos, launched earlier this year, has benefits totalling Rs 40,000, consisting of a Rs 20,000 loyalty bonus and a Rs 20,000 scrappage incentive. The first-gen Seltos gets only scrappage benefits. It is priced between Rs 11 lakh and Rs 21.82 lakh and is in a heavily competitive market consisting of Hyundai Creta, Volkswagen Taigun, Renault Duster, Tata Sierra, Skoda Kushaq, MG Astor, Citroen Aircross, Maruti Victoris and Grand Vitara.
Kia Carens
The standard Kia Carens MPV is available with benefits of up to Rs 35,000 this month, and MY 26 models receive a corporate offer of up to Rs 15,000 and either an exchange or scrappage bonus of up to Rs 20,000. The MY25 only has a scrappage incentive. The Carens falls in the price bracket of Rs 11.02 lakh and Rs 12.88 lakh
