Computer Age Management Services (CAMS): Dividend of Rs 3.50 per share.
Mastek: Dividend of Rs 8 per share to investors.
Siemens Energy India: Dividend of Rs 4 per share.
Capricorn Systems Global Solutions has set January 30 as the record date for its upcoming rights issue. And the company will issue new shares at a price of Rs 10 per share with a face value of Rs 10. Capricorn Systems Global Solutions will issue 2,39,76,000 new shares will be issued and the total size of the issue will be Rs 23.97 crore. According to the announcement, shareholders will receive six rights shares for every share held.
Bonus share by eClerx Services?
eClerx Services has said that on January 28, it will hold a board meeting where it will consider the financial results for the December quarter and a proposal to issue bonus shares.
