New Delhi: The most popular reality show, Bigg Boss, is now gearing up for its 20th season with Salman Khan returning as the host. Ever since the reports
around the Bigg Boss 20 started to emerge, a few names have also surfaced as rumoured contestants for the show.
According to Variety India, Salman Khan will begin shooting for Bigg Boss Season 20 on September 21, 2026. The makers are currently auditioning and finalising contestants.
Bigg Boss 20: Tentative contestants list
Several names surfaced for Bigg Boss 20, including Santy Sharma. The rapper, singer, and lyricist Santy, whose real name is Ganesh Sharma, gained recognition with his Bollywood debut in Housefull 5. He also grabbed headlines for his remarks on the viral Cockroach Janta Party trend.
Another rumoured contestant is Redheema Gupta. She sparked the speculation during an ‘Ask Me Anything’ session on Instagram. When a fan asked her, “Bigg Boss me kab aaoge aap? (When will you come in Bigg Boss?)” She responded by saying, “On the way hu. (I am on the way)”.
Apart from this, world-renowned and composer Bhagirath Bhatt is also rumoured to join the show as a contestant. He has worked in blockbuster films such as Padmaavat, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, and Border 2.
According to industry sources, the casting process is already underway, with the team reaching out to several well-known television personalities during the initial phase. However, in a bid to reinvent the show and attract a wider audience, the makers are reportedly exploring talent beyond the television industry this season.
