New Delhi: Aamir Khan and Gauri Spratt made a special appearance at Sunita Kapoor’s annual Karwa Chauth celebration in Mumbai on Thursday (October 29).
The gathering marked the couple’s first Karwa Chauth together after their wedding earlier this year. Several Bollywood celebrities, including Sonam Kapoor, Shilpa Shetty, Mira Rajput and Anshula Kapoor, also attended the annual festivities.
Aamir and Gauri arrived at Sunita Kapoor’s Juhu residence holding hands, posing for photographers before entering the venue. While Aamir opted for a black and blue kurta set, Gauri chose a royal blue Banarasi suit. She kept her accessories minimal and completed her festive appearance with subtle makeup.

The occasion was particularly significant for Aamir and Gauri, who tied the knot on July 5, 2026. The couple opted for an intimate registered marriage ceremony at Aamir’s residence in Mumbai’s Bandra area, attended by close friends and family members.
Their appearance at Sunita Kapoor’s annual gathering marked their first Karwa Chauth celebration as a married couple. The two were seen smiling and posing together as they arrived at the venue.

Like every year, Sunita Kapoor opened the doors of her Juhu residence to friends from the film industry for the festive gathering. The guest list included several familiar faces from Bollywood, with actors, filmmakers and celebrity spouses coming together for the occasion.
Sonam Kapoor, Shilpa Shetty, Mira Rajput, Anshula Kapoor, Farah Khan, Tahira Kashyap, Mini Mathur, Padmini Kolhapure and Neelam Kothari were among those present. Bhavana Pandey, Maheep Kapoor and veteran screenwriter Javed Akhtar also joined the celebrations.
Gauri Khan, wife of Shah Rukh Khan, was another guest at the gathering. She opted for a pastel blue floral suit, completing her look with sindoor.

The evening also offered a glimpse of the celebrities’ festive fashion choices. Sonam Kapoor wore a rust-maroon ensemble, styled with statement earrings and a striking handbag. She completed her look with a braided hairstyle and smoky eye makeup.
Shilpa Shetty chose a pink saree with a contrasting green blouse, while Mira Rajput arrived in a champagne gold saree. Their traditional outfits added to the colourful celebrations.
For Anshula Kapoor, the occasion was equally special, as she marked her first Karwa Chauth after marrying Rohan Thakkar earlier this year.

Aamir Khan was last seen in a leading role in Sitaare Zameen Par, which arrived in cinemas on June 20, 2025. He has also been associated with the 2026 film Batwara 1947 as a producer.
