Shahid
Kapoor and Mira Rajput have built one of Bollywood's most impressive real estate portfolios in Mumbai. Between their sea-facing duplex in Worli and their Juhu apartment, the couple's homes together are estimated to be worth nearly Rs 89 crore. What stands out, however, is not just the price tag, but how different the two spaces are in character and purpose.
A Sea-Facing Duplex In Worli
Shahid and Mira currently live in a sprawling sea-facing duplex in Mumbai's Worli neighbourhood inside the luxury residential tower Three Sixty West by Oberoi Realty. According to reports, Shahid had purchased the apartment in 2018 for around Rs 55.6 crore, while registration and stamp duty charges pushed the overall cost even higher. Spread across nearly 8,600 square feet, the duplex took several years to complete before the family finally moved in during 2022. As per multiple media reports, the home was designed by architect Annkur Khosla and balances contemporary interiors with practical family living.
The house is full of large glass windows overlooking the Arabian Sea and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link. Instead of heavy dominant interiors, the home follows a softer design language with neutral colours, textured surfaces and open spaces. One of the most talked-about features inside the duplex is the sculptural black staircase placed at the centre of the house. The upper level reportedly includes Shahid's personal music and DJ corner, a private theatre, office area, open-air gym, lounge and guest suite. Also Read:

The apartment measured over 5,300 square feet and included three parking spaces. The property was reportedly purchased from Chandak Realtors Pvt Ltd and is located on a higher floor inside the same premium residential complex.
The Juhu Living
Before moving to Worli, Shahid and Mira lived in a sea-facing apartment in Juhu's Praneta Building. Shahid reportedly bought the apartment in 2014 for nearly Rs 30 crore. Spread across approximately 3,681 square feet, the house became the couple's first marital home. Compared to the expansive Worli duplex, the Juhu apartment offered a more compact and private setting while still being located in one of Mumbai's most sought-after neighbourhoods. Also Read:

While the apartment remained luxurious, the shift to Worli reflected a major lifestyle upgrade for the couple, especially after expanding their family.
