actress Kriti Sanon has made one of the biggest celebrity real estate moves of the year as she purchased a sea-facing luxury duplex penthouse in a residential tower called Supreme Prana in Mumbai's upscale Pali Hill locality in Bandra West for Rs 80 crore. Reportedly, with stamp duty and other charges factored in, the actress has paid over Rs 84.16 crore for the property in total. The deal has been widely reported as one of the most talked-about celebrity property transactions of 2025.
A Sprawling Sea-Facing Duplex
The sheer scale of the penthouse has caught attention across real estate circles. Spread across the 14th and 15th floors of the Supreme Prana residential tower, the duplex offers sweeping sea views. It is also said to be among the most stunning properties in the building. The total carpet area of the penthouse comes to 6,636 square feet, complemented by a generous terrace spanning 1,209 square feet.

Interestingly, the penthouse has been purchased jointly in the names of Kriti and her mother, reflecting how the family has structured their growing real estate portfolio.
While exact interior details have not been officially confirmed, industry observers note that sea-facing penthouses of this scale in Bandra typically feature expansive living spaces with contemporary interiors, private terraces overlooking the Arabian Sea, and high-end amenities such as pools, gyms, and smart home automation, alongside heightened security designed for celebrity privacy.

Beyond acting, Sanon co-owns the beauty brand Hyphen alongside PEP Technologies, the parent company of mCaffeine, and also co-founded her fitness brand The Tribe in 2022, giving her multiple revenue streams beyond the big screen.
