When
you are a Bollywood royalty, your property portfolio does noyt just speak money, it screams it. Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, one of Hindi cinema's most iconic couples, have spent the better part of two decades building a real estate empire that spans Mumbai's skyline, the serene hills of Lonavala, the streets of New York, and the gleaming golf estates of Dubai. Let's take a tour, shall we?
Jalsa, Juhu - The Crown Jewel Worth Rs 100-200 Crore
Every Bachchan story starts here. Jalsa is a two-storey bungalow with an average area of 10,125 sq ft and a worth estimated between Rs 100 and Rs 200 crore. It is more landmark than home at this point - fans line up outside just hoping to catch a glimpse. The property was originally gifted to Amitabh Bachchan in 1982 by filmmaker Ramesh Sippy as a token of appreciation for his performance in Satte Pe Satta, and was known as "Mansa" before an astrologer suggested renamed it to Jalsa. Since their wedding in 2007, Abhishek and Aishwarya have lived here with Amitabh, Jaya, and daughter Aaradhya.
The Bandra-Kurla Flat Reflecting Rs 21 Crore Power Move
In 2015, the couple did not just dip their toes into real estate, they cannonballed and how. As per multiple media reports, Abhishek purchased a 5-BHK apartment in Signature Island, a prestigious residential project in the Bandra-Kurla Complex, Mumbai, for Rs 21 crore. The flat is located in Signia Isles, one of Mumbai's most upscale residential complexes, with the apartment specifically designed by Sunteck Realty's in-house team. Consider it a power couple's power move. Also Read:

Not content with just one luxury flat, the couple also owns a 5-bedroom apartment on the 37th floor of Skylard Towers on Annie Besant Road in Worli, Mumbai. It features a 20-foot terrace on all sides. As per multiple reports, it was purchased for Rs 41.14 crore. It is the kind of apartment where your terrace alone costs more than most people's homes.
Borivali Apartments Worth Rs 15.42 Crore
Seems like the couple has been on a shopping spree. In May 2024, they acquired six apartments in the prestigious Oberoi Sky City project in Borivali East, with the total carpet area clocking in at 4,894 sq ft spread across the 57th floor, at Rs 31,498 per sq ft - a total of ₹15.42 crore. The apartments come with ten car parking spaces, because when you're on the 57th floor, you need somewhere to park the fleet.
Mulund Apartments Worth Rs 14.77 Crore
In 2024, Abhishek took his real estate game up another notch by purchasing six apartments for approximately Rs 14.77 crore in Mumbai's Mulund area, as part of the Oberoi Eternia project, with his father Amitabh co-investing by picking up the remaining four apartments worth Rs 10.18 crore. And when Mumbai's chaos gets too much, the couple can escape to their Lonavala farmhouse, Dubai villa or New York apartments. As per reports, the Dubai villa was purchased in 2015. It is located in Sanctuary Falls within the Jumeirah Golf Estates and is valued at Rs 16 crore. The amenities include a private swimming pool, a Scavolini designer kitchen, Villeroy & Boch sanitary fixtures, Nolte wardrobes, and an in-house gym. It is, in a word, obscene - in the best possible way.
Then, in 2017, they purchased a flat in New York City. Though little public information is available about the property, it is assumed to serve as an investment and a home base for their American visits.Putting it all together, Abhishek's personal net worth stands at Rs 280 crore, while Aishwarya's is approximately Rs 776 crore. And a fair chunk of that is locked into bricks, marble floors, and Dubai golf views. Not a bad way to invest in the future!
