When Bollywood's so-called Greek God decides to find a home, he does not settle for anything ordinary. Hrithik Roshan resides in a sprawling sky villa in the Mannat Apartments on the Juhu-Versova Link Road in Mumbai - a luxurious house that offers a breathtaking view of the Arabian Sea. And the price tag? An estimated Rs. 97.50 crore to Rs. 100 crore.Three Floors, One DreamWhat makes this home truly spectacular is its sheer scale. Hrithik closed the deal in October 2020. As a part of the deal, he acquired two apartments that together make up a massive 38,000 square feet of space, complete with a 6,500 square feet terrace. The 15th and 16th floor duplex cost Rs 67.5 crore and spans about 27,534 sq ft, while the 14th floor apartment cost Rs 30
crore and covers 11,165 sq ft. The family also has access to 10 parking spots.
The two apartments, spread across the building's 14th, 15th, and 16th floors, were combined into one and given the name "sky villa." The residence is designed to offer a 180-degree view of the Arabian Sea, making it one of the most coveted addresses in Mumbai. The InteriorsStep inside, and the home is anything but generic. The color palette draws inspiration from the ocean itself, with cool tones of blue, white, and brown running throughout. The living room features an elegant decor with a beige-colored couch and two large mirrors on the wall. The interior is styled with a Santorini-inspired blue and white theme, and features floor-to-ceiling glass walls offering unobstructed ocean views. The den is fitted with a foosball table, billiards, and that aforementioned chocolate-dispensing vending machine - a hit with his sons, Hrehaan and Hridaan. The adjacent family corner, complete with floor-level seating and the cheeky wall message “If you’re looking for a sign this is it”, doubles as both a workout zone and a relaxation spot with a front-row seat to the horizon. One of the most talked-about features is the wall of family memories. Hrithik's sister Sunaina Roshan, during a house tour with Pinkvilla, revealed that the home features personalized paintings of the family - including Rakesh Roshan, Pinkie Roshan, Sunaina, and Hrithik's sons Hredaan and Hrehaan. A painting of Hrithik in his iconic Guzaarish look is placed at the centre. The dining area breaks from the otherwise neutral scheme with bold accents. An SH Raza oil painting presides over an extendable Roche Bobois glass table, surrounded by sleek wooden chairs and grounded with a plush rug. Upstairs, the boys’ bedroom bursts with colour - playful chairs, a football-shaped rug from The Rug Republic, and a world map wall topped by a yellow ladder. Also Read: Inside Tamannaah Bhatia's Rs 16.6 Crore Apartment In Juhu: Stunning Sea Views, Marble Dining, And A Dressing Room Worth Obsessing OverAnother hidden gem is the breakfast corner Hrithik shares with his mother. Framed by a botanical centrepiece and an oval mirror reflecting the skyline, it’s the kind of space that feels worlds away from the bustle of Mumbai, even though it sits in the heart of it. A standout feature is the den and gaming room, which also serves as a family lounge and his private office. It is equipped with a foosball table, a billiards table, and a vending machine, and features quirky quotes on the walls. The home also includes a dedicated private gymnasium. Also Read: Inside Triptii Dimri’s ₹14 Crore Carter Road Bungalow: A Modern Luxury Haven Framed by Glass and Greenery His parents Pinkie Roshan and Rakesh Roshan often visit the home, while his sons Hredaan and Hrehaan - who primarily live with their mother, Sussanne Khan - also spend time here. The current estimated market value of the property exceeds Rs. 100 crore. For Hrithik Roshan, the sky villa is far more than a real estate investment - it is, quite literally, a home in the clouds.
