- A cover letter addressed to “The Visa Officer, Singapore High Commission, New Delhi” stating your purpose of visit
- Bank statement for the last 3 months
- Hotel booking proof or other accommodation confirmation
- For business travellers: Company letterhead, visiting card, last 3 years’ ITR, and GST certificate
- For salaried employees: Last 3 months’ salary slips, office ID, leave certificate, and NOC from your employer on company letterhead
- For students/children: School or college ID, leave certificate, NOC from institution, and holiday list from school diary
- If invited by someone in Singapore: Invitation letter (with relationship, details, contact info), copy of their passport, valid visa, and FIN/resident card number
How To Apply For A Singapore Visa From India
You can apply in two ways:1. Online via Singapore’s e-Service
If you have a local contact in Singapore or go through a strategic partner, you can apply online through Singapore’s Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) e-Service. You should apply within 30 days of your intended arrival.
2. Through A Singapore Overseas Mission
If you’re applying from India, you can submit your documents through the nearest Singapore Overseas Mission or its authorised visa agent. Each mission has its own process, so it’s best to check the official website before applying.
