Naturally, this stretch also draws larger crowds, along with higher hotel tariffs. If you’re looking for a quieter escape, staying in South Goa or away from the city centres can offer a relatively more relaxed experience.Goa’s monsoon stretch from June to September, spilling over into October comes with ever-breezy weather and moody. The beaches turn darker, the greenery feels even more refreshing, and the overall pace of the state slows down considerably. However, rainfall tends to be heavy which can limit outdoor activities. Monsoon is technically off-season in Goa, but it works beautifully if you’re planning a quiet, slow holiday, one anchored in stunning stays and endless long drives.
March to halfway through June is Goa's summer stretch, with temperatures oscillating between 25C to 35C. The heat can be intense, especially in the afternoons though evenings are much more manageable.
