The Placer County Superior Court is actively seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its Information Technology Division. The CTO will manage a team of nine staff members and supervise the court’s enterprisewide technology operations, which include staff supervision, budget and procurement management, vendor and contract oversight, system security, network administration, and business continuity planning. The position also requires serving as the court’s technology expert and liaison with local, state, and national judicial technology groups. Ideal candidates should possess strong programming and data science skills, particularly in Python, NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and statistical modeling, along with a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of professional, management-level experience in IT.
