What's Happening?
Royal Farms is expanding its electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure by installing stations at eight locations in Maryland. This initiative is in collaboration with Electrify America, a prominent EV charging network. The new stations will feature hyper-fast chargers capable of delivering up to 350 kilowatts, allowing vehicles to charge in as little as 20 minutes. The partnership aims to provide high-speed EV charging at convenient locations, enhancing accessibility for drivers. Currently, stations are operational in Halethorpe and Oxon Hill, with additional sites planned in Annapolis, Catonsville, Charlotte Hall, Columbia, Pikesville, and Towson.
