The Atlanta Falcons are back at practice preparing for their road matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and unlike last week, the team seems to be getting healthier the closer we get to game day.
According to ESPN reporter Marc Raimondi, linebacker Divine Deablo and cornerback Billy Bowman Jr. both returned to practice on Thursday. The two standout defenders sat out of Sunday's win over the San Francisco 49ers, but they appear to have a chance to play in Week 8.
Deablo has been dealing with a forearm injury, and his absence against the 49ers gave linebacker Kendal Daniels a chance to wear the green dot. The rookie made the most out of his opportunity, leading the Falcons with 11 total tackles and coming away with two fourth-quarter turnovers
to ice the win.
Nonetheless, Deablo has been an elite inside linebacker when healthy, and his return should only improve Jeff Ulbrich's defense going into Week 8. As for Bowman, the versatile defensive back is dealing with a hamstring injury that he suffered against the Chicago Bears in Week 6.

Atlanta's secondary has been banged up for the last few weeks but appears to be getting healthier. A.J. Terrell and C.J. Henderson each returned in Week 7, and with rookie Avieon Terrell still battling an illness, Bowman could potentially start against the Buccaneers in Week 8.
Make sure to check back later this afternoon to see the full Falcons-Bucs Thursday injury report.
