The Atlanta Falcons are set to face the Pittsburgh Steelers in their 2026 season opener on Sunday. Falcons head coach Kevin Stefanski held a press conference ahead of Wednesday's practice to provide injury updates and discuss the team's Week 1 matchup in Pittsburgh.
"They're a very well-coached team, a very sound football team," said Stefanski. "Offensively, obviously with Aaron Rodgers, who I've seen quite a bit in my time as a coach. He still can make every single throw. He's got as good of an arm as anyone I've ever seen."
The Falcons named Tua Tagovailoa as their starting QB for Week 1, but they wouldn't commit to him beyond the season opener. Sunday's game kicks off at 1 p.m. ET.
