The second week of the 2026 NFL season has arrived, and half of the teams in the league are still seeking their first win. In fact, all four teams in the NFC South went winless in Week 1.
Since the Atlanta Falcons
and the Carolina Panthers will face off in Week 2, though, at least one team will have a win by Sunday evening. The Falcons are down their top two quarterbacks, leaving Cooper Rush as their QB1 for another week.It may not be what fans were hoping to see in their home opener, but Atlanta needs to find a way to avoid an 0-2 start with Rush under center. Sunday's game kicks off at 1 p.m. ET at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
