What is the story about?

After getting their first win of the season in Week 3, the Atlanta Falcons will look to make it two in a row when they face the New Orleans Saints on "Monday Night Football" in Week 4.

These two NFC South foes are tied for second place in the division at 1-2. The winner of tonight's prime-time showdown will move into a tie for first place with the Panthers, however, Carolina currently holds the tie-breaker over Atlanta.

The Falcons finally got Michael Penix Jr. back in Week 3, and the third-year quarterback proved to be the spark this offense needed to get rolling. Penix completed 18/25 pass attempts for 256 yards, one touchdown and one interception in his 2026 debut against the Green Bay Packers.

Atlanta's improved passing attack opened things

up even more for Bijan Robinson. The Falcons' star running back racked up over 200 scrimmage yards in Week 3, while wide receiver Drake London had a breakout 194-yard performance in Penix's return.

Health-wise, Atlanta is in fairly good shape entering Week 4. Linebacker Divine Deablo and Samson Ebukam are both questionable for Monday's game, but everybody else is good to go.
