It's hot and humid down in Miami and the Atlanta Falcons' preseason schedule will soon be mercifully over.
This time out they have gotten off on the right foot, at least - albeit with the asterisk that they're playing their starters against the second-stringers for what all the projections say will be the worst team in the NFL this year.
In any case, Tua Tagovailoa had a nice hookup with tight end Kyle Pitts that went for 37 yards, which set the Falcons up for their first touchdown of the game. Watch Pitts' big catch and run, which appeared to be an improvised screen play in response to a heavy blitz by the Dolphins.

Tagovailoa only had to unload one other
pass on the way to the red zone - a quick-hitter on a slant to wide receiver Jahan Dotson that went for 11 yards.
Backup running back Brian Robinson Jr. did the rest, totaling 11 yards on four carries, including the touchdown to put the Falcons on the scoreboard.
Atlanta leads 7-3 with five minutes to go in the first quarter.
