With the season just 10 days away, the Atlanta Falcons have memes at quarterback, questions at linebacker, holes on the edge and very little going for them in the way of sure things that they can count on.
The biggest exception to that rule is running back Bijan Robinson, who was just voted No. 3 on the NFL Top 100 list for the year. Fresh off signing a record contract extension (at the time), Robinson is motivated, compensated and entering his prime.

"The one area of Robinson's game to nitpick was his lack of touchdowns, as most of the goal-line carries went to Tyler Allgeier, who departed in free agency. Robinson should earn
more of those short-yardage scoring opportunities -- and touches in general -- in an offense that's seen a lot of change over the last several months. Expect the newly paid back to dominate defenses in Kevin Stefanski's scheme regardless of the level of play Atlanta gets from Tua Tagovailoa or Michael Penix Jr. at quarterback."
Box score watchers may not be able to fully appreciate what Robinson can do - but that'll no longer be the case this season. Touchdown vulture Tyler Allgeier's goal line touches and third-down reps in general put a dent into Robinson's production the last three years.
Going into the new season, not only is Allgeier playing on the other side of the country, the Falcons are only rostering two running backs. Brian Robinson Jr. has replaced Allgeier as the RB2, but he may only get on the field when Bijan needs a breather.
Expect Robinson to take it to another level this season.
