No. 3 Notre Dame has released its depth chart for this week's upcoming game at North Carolina.
At a glance, a few names stand out. Perhaps most notably, safety Luke Talich is back in the number one slot after missing the Purdue game with a left-wrist injury.
Talich has been playing well in place of Brauntae Johnson, who is also injured. Johnson might be out this week, too, as his name isn't on the depth chart.
Nor is Jason Onye -- the defensive lineman also appears to still be injured.
Finally, running back Aneyas Williams retains the top job. There had been some talk that Nolan James might replace him, and James got the first carries against Purdue even though Williams was listed as RB1. But Williams had a solid game against the Boilermakers (so
did James, for that matter) and stays in the RB1 spot.
