Last week, On3 had the US LBM Coaches Poll No. 6 ranked Notre Dame as one of the “First Four Out” teams in their mock College Football Playoff bracket.
For the second week in a row, On3 has left the Fighting Irish out of their CFP projections. The other “First Four Out” teams include LSU, Tennessee and Alabama.
Miami, Georgia, Utah and UCLA are On3’s projected top-four seeds. The Hurricanes, who will face the Fighting Irish on Saturday in South Bend, are the top seed.
Notre Dame (7-1) is coming off a 35-13 win against Navy over the weekend.
