US LBM Coaches Poll No. 6 Notre Dame has two seniors, offensive lineman Ashton Craig and wide receiver Jaden Greathouse, who’ve made immediate impacts in their turnaround seasons.
It’s why Craig and Greathouse were both named to the College Football Comeback Player of the Year midseason watch list.
Craig – a 6-foot, 5-inch and 315-pound lineman – has bounced back in a big way this season after back-to-back injury riddled campaigns.
Greathouse has 22 receptions for 289-yards and two touchdowns through seven games for Notre Dame. The senior is making contributions after an injury last season limited him to just four games. The Fighting Irish’s matchup against BYU was Greathouse’s best game so far. He had eight catches for 125 yards and 15.6 yards-per-reception.
