Notre Dame football got its first win of the 2026 season, as it defeated Wisconsin 41-13 in Lambeau Field to start the year on the right foot.
The Irish got a crash course earlier this week on how to do the traditional “Lambeau Leap,” and while they put up a ton of points no player ended up doing it during the game. That’s the key, during the game, as multiple players including star quarterback CJ Carr jumped into the stands following the game.
What a scene this was, as once in a lifetime opportunity, especially as a collegiate player. Those who got the chance will remember this moment forever.
It’s a unique finish to an amazing atmosphere, as many Notre Dame legends have called Green Bay their NFL homes. A fitting end for a trip of a lifetime
for the Irish, as they’ll surely make more memories during the 2026 season if they continue to play the way they did on Sunday evening.
