The Fighting Irish might be in a must-win if the team wants to qualify for the College Football Playoff. A loss might not completely kill that dream -- if Notre Dame is in the top-12 of the final CFP committee rankings, it gets an automatic bid. But a loss will make it tough for Notre Dame to finish in that top-12, at least not without help from other teams.
Given the stakes of the game, all eyes will be on South Bend. Add in the mix of high-profile alumni from both schools and this game might be the most-watched of the week.
