Notre Dame quarterback CJ Carr is third on one analyst's QB power rankings.
College football analyst Josh Pate is basing his power rankings on expected production, and he has Carr at third. He put Carr behind Miami (FL)'s Darian Mensah and Ole Miss's Trinidad Chambliss.
Ohio State's Julian Sayin and Oregon's Dante Moore round out the top five.
If Carr produces at the high level Pate expects him to, the Fighting Irish should end up with a very good season.
