The Notre Dame Fighting Irish quarterback room consisting of CJ Carr, Teddy Jarrard, Noah Grubbs and Blake Hebert has earned a place on a preseason list.
Yes, it's the season for preseason lists, and PFF College has Notre Dame's quarterback room listed at number six on their top 10.
Oregon is number one, and the rest of the list isn't surprising, save for perhaps Cal.
This is good news for Irish fans, obviously -- while Carr has the starting job firmly in place, it seems that Notre Dame will be covered should he miss time. It also bodes well for the future, depending on if/when Carr leaves campus to head to the NFL and if the rest don't transfer first.
